Admission requirements

The qualification for the Master's degree course in Mechatronic and Cyberphysical Systems is proven by the completion of an undergraduate degree at a German or foreign university with at least 210 ECTS credits in the fields of industrial engineering, technical physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a degree that is equivalent to such a certificate of academic degree. Furthermore, the professional aptitude for this course of study must be proven within the framework of an aptitude test. The aptitude test is carried out by means of an examination, the subject of which is complex tasks on relevant topics from higher mathematics for engineers as well as on questions from the fields of physics, computer science, electrical engineering, systems theory and control engineering. This written admission examination, offered online and at the Cham campus of the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences, is used to determine suitability for the specific degree course.
