In our new New Work and Coaching MBA, we prepare you for a role as a coach and organisational developer in the context of a changing world of work. You will learn to successfully accompany new work transformations and, in addition, to independently coach those involved and those affected whose roles in organisations are changing. In addition to the combination of new work and coaching, your degree course includes management-oriented vocational training that helps you understand the reality of life and the business processes of executives and managers and to advise them.
