Our Master’s degree course MSc Digital Transformation Management offers you a modern, digital business education with a technological focus. You will learn how to best support companies in their digital transformation and how to involve relevant stakeholders. You will learn about the special features of digital business models and the power that disruptive innovations can have. You will learn about various methods for generating ideas and how digital change can be promoted in companies. The modules on innovation management, change management and process management will strengthen your expertise, as will the integration of current topics such as strategic management, organisational development, intercultural management and diversity. Thanks to the degree course’s focus on skills and projects, you will enhance your communication, conflict resolution and teamwork skills and become versed in agile project management and coaching methods. Your semester abroad will also help you broaden your horizons as you will spend a semester at a partner university or doing a work placement.
