The programme is aimed at people who already have an equivalent, non-university professional qualification as a trainer and/or coach (such as group dynamics, speech coaches, breathing/voice/speech coaches, etc.), or at highly talented executives who deal with communications in many areas and who have an academic or equivalent professional degree and who want to professionalise their communication skills.

Annotation

As a rule, the programme starts in the winter semester. Enrolment is also possible for the summer semester 2019 with the deadline: 31.03.2019 The course is for 90 credit points (ECTS), of which 68 CP are compulsory modules and 22 CP are master's thesis. In addition, 30 CP are credited for professional activity, so that the programme comprises a total of 120 CP. The course is offered in the blended learning format. Concentrated attendance events in block/compact form are combined with instructional letters and synchronous and asynchronous online units.

Admission requirements

Access to the postgraduate master's programme requires a completed first professionally qualifying university degree (at least 180 CP). In addition, relevant one-year professional activity (equivalent to 30 CP) must be proven after the first university degree. Professionally qualified persons who have a higher education entrance qualification according to Section 77(2) SHSG (Saarland Higher Education Act), have relevant professional experience of at least three years and have passed an aptitude test can also be admitted.
