The Master's degree is aimed at Bachelor's graduates from artistic, psychological, social and business studies who are interested in processes in organisations, the accompaniment of corporate and individual change situations and the use of artistic media in the coaching consultancy format.
The admission to courses at the MSH is free: talent, motivation and discipline count more than the grade point average on the certificate. Punctuality, good performance and commitment during the studies are of great importance. Admission requirements - Entitlement to study according to Art. 39 HmbHG (first academic degree with at least 180 ECTS), - Determination of artistic aptitude in an individual admission procedure, which includes both an artistic-practical and an interview part.
