Target group

The Master’s programme in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of MSB Medical School Berlin is aimed at graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business and/or Economics. The Faculty of Natural Sciences at the MSB is a university faculty that offers academic courses with a university degree.

Annotation

The aim of the Master's programme is to impart comprehensive competencies for students to work in the main fields of work and Organisational Psychology. These include in particular human resources, occupational health promotion and occupational safety as well as advisory services in the area of personnel and organisation. The Master's degree enables independent scientific work as well as practical work on a scientific basis in all subject areas of work and organisational Psychology. Both the scientific and the practical field of work and Organisational Psychology are therefore characterised by interdisciplinarity and a close interlinking of psychological and economic issues.

Admission requirements

The courses at MSB Medical School Berlin are not admission-restricted: talent, motivation and discipline count more than the grade point average on the certificate. Punctuality, good performance and commitment during the studies are of great importance. There are the following admission requirements at the MSB for admission to our Master's programme in Industrial and Organisational Psychology: - Entitlement to study in Master's degree courses in accordance with Art. 10 BerlHG - Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in psychology or Bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration or health sciences - For foreign applicants, proof of education according to Art. 11 BerlHG
