There is a high and increasing demand for specialists in the municipal early prevention networks. In many areas, there is a lack of new or additional, well-qualified specialists who can professionally close the gaps in the networking of the various legal systems, act as guides in municipal care structures and, in particular, support children and (expectant) parents in a timely manner and in line with their needs. The Bachelor's degree course in Early Intervention and Early Support trains professionals who are specialised in child development in the first years of life and experts in strengthening the attachment figures in the child's environment and the family system.
The courses at MSB Medical School Berlin are not admission-restricted: talent, motivation and discipline count more than the grade point average on the certificate. Punctuality, good performance and commitment during the studies are of great importance. - Entitlement to study according to Art. 10 BerlHG (general higher education entrance qualification, subject-related higher education entrance qualification, university of applied sciences entrance qualification or comparable qualification) or - higher education entrance qualification for vocationally qualified persons according to Art. 11 BerlHG - possibility of further study according to Art. 11 BerlHG - a preliminary internship of at least one month in a recognised social and health care institution in accordance with the admission and selection regulations
