Annotation

The programme combines the areas of construction law, building economics and construction engineering and aligns them with management practice. One focus is on the risk distribution of civil construction contracts and supplementary and contract management. The Master's is offered in two variants (60 credit points and 90 credit points). A full-time career can be pursued alongside the studies.\; Classes are taught at weekends. Between the attendance phases, the teaching content is worked on in independent study (books, lecture notes, e-learning).

Admission requirements

The career-integrated Master's degree in Building Law and Building Management is aimed at academics in construction, e.g. civil engineers, architects, mechanical engineers, business graduates, lawyers, industrial engineers and commercial lawyers, who wish to develop their management skills. Admission requirements include a first degree in Engineering, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Architecture or Law as well as at least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
