- Proof of completion of a Bachelor's degree course or Diploma degree course in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a final grade of at least "good" (2.5). No tuition fees are charged. The semester fee is EUR 326.92. With this, the student also obtains a ticket for the local public transport system as well as for whole of North Rhine-Westphalia.
