(Annex IV, see link to Examination Regulations above) Only students who work simultaneously in a qualifying, subject-specific occupation are entitled to study part-time. Alternatively, applicants may demonstrate that they are raising children or caring for family members. Applicants must enclose suitable proof of the existence of such a reason with their application.

No tuition fees are charged. The semester fee is EUR 326.92. With this, the student also obtains a ticket for the local public transport system as well as for whole of North Rhine-Westphalia.
