Target group

Admission requirements for the degree course are 1. Proof of a Bachelor's or Diplom degree in chemical engineering or chemistry from a university in Germany or a degree from a university abroad that has the same or higher standards and technical orientation, 2. proof of good to very good basic knowledge in chemistry, biotechnology and in the field of instrumental analytics and laboratory management or biotechnology and organic chemistry, depending on the area of specialisation and 3. an overall grade of at least good (2.5) or an A or B according to the ECTS grading scale.

No tuition fees are charged. The semester fee is EUR 326.92. With this, the student also obtains a ticket for the local public transport system as well as for whole of North Rhine-Westphalia.
