Full-time study as a presence or distance learning course. The theoretical semesters take place at Brühl. The practical semesters are completed at various federal authorities throughout Germany. In case of particularly outstanding academic achievements, an internship abroad is also possible. Upon successful completion of the course, students will gain the career qualification for the upper level non-technical service. Graduates are awarded the academic degree 'Diplom-Verwaltungswirt' (Public Administrator Diploma).
Admission requirements
Training within the administration. Applications should be sent to the responsible recruitment authority or department of the university. After a successful selection process, you will be sent to study at HS Bund. In principle, the courses are open to anyone with a university entrance qualification.
