Can be studied as an attendance course or via distance learning. Course starts with a four-week attendance phase in Brühl. The third and fifth semesters count as practical study times. During these internships (internship semesters) students work a full-time clerks first in the interior and later in the general administration at the federal level.
Training within the administration. Applications should be sent to the responsible recruitment authority or department of the university. The deadline for applications for the recruitment dates of 1 April or 1 October is in October of the previous year. For mid-level non-technical administrative staff and comparable employees subject to a collective agreement: At least two years of professional training in relation to administration and three years of relevant professional activity. For applicants from the state of NRW: At least two years of training and three years of professional experience that does not correspond to the current career path and participation in a separate entrance examination. If you would like to take up a degree course, please address your application to the authority or department of the university that is responsible for the degree course. After a successful selection process, you will be sent to study at the HS Bund.
