BMP is a business administration programme with a psychological focus. The contents are closely interlinked economically and psychologically and, due to their consistent practical orientation, are strongly geared to the needs of companies. Students analyse economic issues from a psychological perspective and develop appropriate recommendations for action. Here, the focus is on human experience, action and decision-making in markets and organisations. Students become qualified for a wide range of exciting and future-oriented tasks in companies. A specialisation according to individual talent and preferences can be chosen. An important interface between people and business, graduates have career perspectives in a wide variety of business sectors. Among other things, they take on tasks in the areas of marketing and sales, human resource management, management consulting ... The Bachelor’s degree in the degree programme BMP also qualifies for a postgraduate Master’s degree within the departments of business administration or psychology.
