Target group
The MBA Leadership is a Master's degree programme aimed at a working and experienced target group from various professional fields and areas of activity. Leadership experience should already exist or at least be aspired to in the near future. The contents of the MBA enable students to critically examine economic and social issues as well as their own leadership role and to develop innovative approaches and appropriate solutions for the respective field of activity, especially with regard to diversity as a success factor and innovation driver.
Admission requirements
Admission requirements: - a first university degree with professional qualification - at least two years of professional experience - advanced technical responsibility, e.g. in projects, or initial management responsibility within the current or a previous professional position (evidenced by a qualified employer's reference or appropriate employer's certificate) - sufficient English language skills (evidenced by a one- to two-page application letter and successful participation in the English-language selection interview) According to Section 20 of the Hessian Higher Education Act (HessHG), applicants who do NOT have a first professional university degree but have completed vocational training and have several years of professional experience may also be admitted.
