The career-integrated Master's degree course "Addiction Therapy and Social Management in Addiction Assistance (MA)" is application-oriented. It is offered in cooperation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Weiterbildung in der Suchttherapie gGmBH (German Society for Continuing Education in Addiction Therapy). Admission requirements

You may be admitted to the Master's degree course if you: - have an academic degree in Medicine, a Diploma degree in Psychology or a Master's academic degree in Psychology with the qualification for psychological psychotherapist training, a Diploma degree in Social Work or Social Education or a Bachelor's degree course in Social Work with state recognition, -work at least 50% part-time (19.5 hours) in a rehabilitation institution for people with addiction disorders, -can demonstrate at least one year of professional experience in addiction assistance at the beginning of the degree course, -are able to carry out at least six weeks of continuous individual and/or group treatment
