Admission requirements

Admission to the career-integrated Bachelor's degree course in Opthalmic Optics and Optometry is granted to students who have successfully completed the ZVA master's degree course in Opthalmic Optics at the ZVA Training Centre or at a comparable training institution according to the law on Optometry professions, Opthalmic Optician Training Regulation from 26 April 2011, BGBI I (Federal Law Gazette), p. 698. A further prerequisite is proof of work creditable to the degree course gained during training, amounting to 105 credit points.
