Target group

The continuing education Master's degree programme is aimed at prospective students with a first professionally qualifying academic degree in a wide range of disciplines and previous experience in the field of HRM, who want to expand their knowledge of HRM or who are looking for a specialisation in this field.

Part-time distance learning (32 months) or full-time (24 months). The period of study may be extended by 50% of the respective standard period of study without any further fees.
