It is ideal for managers as well as employees in the fields of Personnel Management and Personnel Development, Marketing or Project and Change Management. The award of the qualification in Business Psychology is also suitable for management and personnel consultants.

Annotation

The correspondence degree course can be studied full-time (18 months) and part-time (24 months). The period of study may be extended by 50% of the respective standard period of study without any further fees. Admission requirements

Graduates who have completed an undergraduate degree course at a state or state-recognised university with an Economics focus. All other university graduates require a letter of motivation explaining in particular their motives for studying, their goals, their personal background and their qualifying professional experience for this degree course. One of the following proofs (add as enclosure) has to be provided in the letter of motivation: - At least 2 years of leadership responsibility with staff and budgetary responsibility, which can be replaced by evidence of power of procuration in individual cases or - at least 3 years of relevant professional responsibility in several typical company roles or - commercial vocational training Practical requirement: At least one year of relevant work experience since the first course of academic study.
