Admission requirements

A Bachelor's degree or another at least equivalent qualifying degree in the subject area or another technical or scientific discipline where the curriculum covers the subject-specific entry requirements for the Master's degree course Laser and Optotechnologies. These are in particular degrees in the fields of ophthalmic optics, precision engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physical engineering, materials engineering, industrial engineering and comparable courses of study. The overall grade of the degree should at least 2.5. In the aptitude procedure, the selection committee evaluates the written application documents and decides on access to the Master's programme based on the following criteria: - Substance and persuasiveness of the letter of motivation - Quality and match of the completed Bachelor's degree - Research in a subject relevant to the degree course and its quality
