Teaching of expert knowledge regarding care provision in various operational fields and enabling professional decision-making in cases involving complex details. Extended care practice is provided by drawing upon academic findings and clinical competences with the goal of undertaking diagnostic investigations and therapeutic interventions. # You work as an academically trained skilled employee on a freelance, scientific basis with people who are mentally ill or impaired. # As case manager or Primary Carer (PC) you operate in various settings and with varying operational emphases, whilst also coordinating the work of other primary and voluntary personnel. You operate as an equal partner within the treatment process.
