The Duale Hochschule Schleswig-Holstein (DHSH) is a state-approved university of applied sciences under the auspices of the Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein and is the further development of the previous Berufsakademie (university of cooperative education). At the Kiel and Lübeck campus, the DHSH offers the practice-related Bachelor’s degree programme with vocational and academic elements in Business Information Systems (Bachelor of Science). In specific terms, students learn how processes in companies are optimised with modern IT and communication solutions. Through vocational training in business administration and computer science, they play an important intermediary role in making companies work more efficiently.
