This programme is an entrepreneurship course. The "Team Academy" is a revolutionary graduate model of entrepreneurship qualification from Finland. Instead of case studies or simulations, students learn from their own company, which a team founds for this purpose. Work is always done in teams to create a basis for sharing experiences and learning from each other and because entrepreneurial teams are more successful than lone wolves.
