Admission requirements

A contract with a suitable practice partner must be concluded before the start of the degree course. A copy of this contract must be attached to the application file. Practice companies are suitable if the following conditions are met: - Real estate valuation must be a line of business of the company - At least one person in the company is verifiably qualified in real estate valuation ( ISO 17024, certified or comparable) - A permanent mentor for the student: A mentor must be appointed in the company to act as a contact person for the student during the practical phases, supervise him or her and organises the practical phases. In individual cases, it is possible to deviate from these specifications In this case, an individual examination and decision by the degree course management is required.
