Target group
The programme is a continuing education programme for graduates of undergraduate courses of study and for suitably qualified persons from professional practice. The target group of the degree programme are actors from the non-formal or formal education sector, the economy, administration and politics who want to qualify themselves on a scientific level in the context of ESD with regard to social change processes without interrupting their professional activities.

The Master's degree programme Education-Sustainability-Transformation will be introduced at the HNE Eberswalde in the winter term 2020/2021.
Admission requirements
- first professionally qualified higher education degree with 7 semesters of study and at least 210 ECTS credits and - At least one year of relevant professional experience - Applicants with a degree with less than 210 ECTS credits (Bachelor's or equivalent degrees with 180 ECTS credits) have the opportunity to complete a certificate module at the HNEE amounting to a total of 30 ECTS credits before commencing their studies. - Professionally qualified applicants can take an entrance examination to acquire the admission requirements for this Master's degree programme.
