Completed university course of six semesters, preferably in the fields of Law, Social Science and Economics at a higher education institution within the jurisdiction of the German Constitution (Grundgesetz) or a foreign university recognised as being equivalent, e.g.: Bachelor degrees, Diploma degrees (University of Applied Sciences), completed University (of Applied Sciences) courses to qualify for higher level civil service (administration of justice, administration, foreign affairs, finances)
