For the shortened degree course (2 years), applicants must have relevant IT vocational training. You can study the shortened degree course in Mettmann and Paderborn. In Bergisch Gladbach and Paderborn, the degree course is also possible in 3 years; then a subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachabitur) or school leaving certificate giving right of entry to higher education (Abitur) is required. Internal selection procedure. At the FHDW University of Applied Sciences campuses in Mettmann and Paderborn, the degree course is offered in a shortened form. Applicants must have relevant IT vocational training - this shortens the degree course to 2 years.
