Target group
The Master's course is aimed at graduates with professional experience. The interdisciplinary and practice-oriented course enables you to take over management and leadership tasks with advisory responsibilities. Planning, steering and management tasks are part of the course, as are advisory and motivational activities.
Annotation
A total of 24 study places are awarded, provided that the admission requirements are met. You must, however, always apply in advance and in due time with the online application for admission. Admission requirements
Admission requirements: - recognised certificate of academic degree after studying for a period of at least six semesters or 180 ECTS points or a corresponding aptitude test on request - at least three years of professional experience - at least ten work-related guidance sessions utilised in an individual settings (90 minutes each) in the form of coaching or supervision More information on admission requirements:

Application deadlines
Tuition fee
The tuition fee is EUR 12,900 (EUR 2,150 per semester) plus student semester contribution. In addition, there is around EUR 3,000 for teaching supervision. The tuition fee is payable in six semester instalments. The tuition fee includes the cost of course materials, lunch/snacks and examination fees.
