Applicants with a first relevant professionally qualifying university degree from a university or vocational academic institution with at least 180 ECTS points, preferably in areas of Healthcare, Public Health Management, Nursing Care Management, Medicine or Social Sciences or comparable achievements. Applicants with qualified practical professional experience of generally not less than one year.

Annotation

In addition to traditional management techniques in human resource management and financial management, this career-integrated course teaches above all more complex methodological and health sciences contents. Seminars on negotiation and conflict training as well as ethical management are also to promote the personal development of future graduates. In the practical module and the Master's thesis, students work on specific projects with significant practical relevance, which they also reflect and present at an academic level.
