Admission requirements

Admission requirements: Higher education entrance qualification valid for Hesse. The degree course is subject to admission restrictions; the allocation of study places is carried out in a local admission restriction procedure. A self-organised, pre-study work placement of 12 weeks is required for the Bachelor’s programme. It is recommended to complete this work placement before commencement of studies in order to become familiar with integrated facility engineering in the real estate sector at an early stage.
