Annotation

The course contents are designed to provide broad-based training in general electrical and electronic engineering without defining specialisations in the numerous disciplines. It spans the smallest electronic components and traditional network elements in energy transfer and energy production - such as generators, power lines and transformers. In the first study phase, the focus is on the basic natural science subjects, thus creating a solid basis for the subsequent engineering disciplines in the second study phase. This second part concentrates on the most important main fields of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and also on related disciplines such as programming and project management. The content of the natural sciences training consistently focuses on the practical relevance and is supplemented by relevant work placements. The final practical phase with Bachelor's thesis serves to further develop students' capabilities and enable them to tackle problems with practical relevance on their own. The Bachelor's thesis is carried out in a company or other institution related to professional practice in cooperation with the university of applied sciences.
