Annotation

Bachelor Plus option: includes an integrated stay abroad\; the Bachelor Plus (focus on China or Brazil) has special selection criteria. The special features of the Bachelor Plus: Regular study period of eight semesters with a one-year stay in China. The year abroad includes a study semester at partner universities as well as a work placement at a company. Students must learn Chinese for the entire duration of the course and the stay abroad is supported with partial grants.

Tuition fee

The University Ruhr West does not charge tuition fees. However, students must pay a semester fee. The semester fee for the winter semester 2021/22 amounts to a total of EUR 324.38 and is made up as follows: Contribution to the student union (AStA):\t€20.00 Social contribution to the Essen-Duisburg Student Services:\t€95.00 Costs for the semester ticket (VRR): \t€151.98 Costs of the NRW ticket: \t€57.4 In total:\t€324.38
