The overarching goal of the "Pharma Profi plus" project is to address the shortage of licensed pharmaceutical professionals on the German labour market. We are planning to set up an information office to raise awareness among pharmaceutical professionals with foreign qualifications of the available opportunities for suitable employment on the labour market in Germany. This information office will also provide realistic information about the process of having pharmaceutical certificates from abroad recognised and the timeframe involved.

We will also offer preparatory courses for the pharmaceutical language test and the pharmaceutical knowledge examination, which are required for the recognition of pharmaceutical certificates from abroad. We also plan to establish a cooperative network to provide career services to pharmaceutical professionals with foreign degrees. We also intend to digitise the courses in order to offer them sustainably, even beyond the timeframe of the project.
