Description/content

With this intensive interactive programme, using our unique CORE teaching modular system, you will gain a solid foundation in all core management disciplines. The degree is designed for students with minimal or no previous management skills. The programme enables you to acquire a skill set that will maximise your career opportunities. In addition, the Master's in Global Business and Leadership programme has a cross-cultural, hands-on teaching method, providing the perfect balance of practical and people skills, enabling strong leadership skills with an intercultural exposure and offering opportunities for a successful global future.

Course organisation

The duration of the Master's degree programme is 24 months. The degree programme is divided into five-week blocks. There is an exam for each module in the fifth week. This ensures that competencies are acquired in a focused way. There are no semesters or trimesters (terms) as such. The programme contents are conveyed by means of case studies or project-based applications and include an integrated study abroad period.

Courses in the first academic year include the following:

  • Introduction to Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Accounting
  • Operations Management
  • Corporate Finance
  • Sales Management

In the second year, students study abroad or do an internship and write their Master's theses.

The small student groups (maximum 25 students), the mentoring system, and the open-door policy as well as the renowned, experienced teaching staff guarantee special and very individual study conditions and attention.

We may also personally interview applicants in order to test their English skills. If applicants have studied completely in English in their previous studies, we may waive the required test.

There are various opportunities to become a working student alongside your studies. Each student is allowed to work 20 hours per week as a working student in any company.
