International higher education fairs offer international students a good way to find out more about the higher education landscape in Germany. Various higher education institutions present themselves and their range of courses and provide information about their aims and the contents and methodologies of individual subjects. Such education fairs also provide an opportunity to interact directly with students, lecturers and professors. Many questions can be addressed in personal conversations that are not so easy to answer online: for example about degree programmes, admission requirements or the recognition of certificates.

Exhibition: the German Research Landscape

Join the “Research in Germany”-Team and visit the exhibition „The German Research Landscape“, as well as the open house of the Goethe Institute (GI) and the DAAD-Information Centre in Shanghai!

At the exhibition you can make yourself familiar with research and innovation in Germany in an uncomplicated manner. The exhibition comprises of 21 images, in which facts and figures are presented graphically to a broader audience. The exhibition will be opened by the director of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Information Centre in Shanghai, Ms. Sakine Weikert. Alongside the opening reception she will also give an introduction into academic career possibilites in Germany.
