The housing complex "Gustav-Radbruch-Haus" has a very central location close to Hamburg University of Applied Sciences at the Berliner Tor and about five minutes away from the underground railway and urban railway station.
There are a total of 516 places available in group accommodation for two to eight persons. Rooms are 10-15 square metres in size and furnished. Some of the two-person apartments are preferentially rented to couples and single parents with a child.

The house has a tea room and a bar, run by the residents themselves. A room for diverse internal activities is also available. The student self-administration (SV) offers various work groups, e.g. salsa dance classes, theatre, self-defence, wood workshop, bike workshop. A music practice room with a piano, a fitness room and a study room can also be used.
Parking bays for cars and motorbikes in the underground car park or outside can be rented out through the property manager. Bike parking spaces are also available, as are coin-operated washing machines.
