Environment and Resources Management (ENREM)

Against the background of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (BMZ) Anchor Country Concept and upon the joint request of the Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF) and the Federal Minstry for Economic Cooperation and Development BMZ , the so-called Anchor Country Programme with Mexico was organized.

With the Master’s course "Environment and Resources Management (ENREM)”, the DAAD funds a cooperation with anchor country Mexico in the area of environmental protection and sustainable resource management.

The course is jointly financed by the BMZ, BMBF and the Mexican National Council for Science and Technology CONACYT for the period 2008 – 2015.

What are the goals of the ENREM Master’s course?

  • Further advanced qualification of Mexican experts in the fields of environmental protection and resource management.
  • Training of German experts, who along with their technical qualifications also have substantial knowledge of the economy, institutions, culture and language of the region.
