From my personal experience

Saurabh Divekar about Germany

„My name is Saurabh Divekar, I'm 22 years old and hail from the indian city of Pune. I have learned German in language courses at university and at the Goethe institute in Pune. Last year I have taken part in the summer course at the Freien Universität Berlin as well. I liked Germany really much and Berlin is a beautiful city. Left aside from modal verbs in past perfect passive, I don't find German very difficult. I like that language. That's why I would like to become a German teacher. I have studied German and have been teaching it since February at a private institute, which I really enjoy. Soon I will be starting my Masters in "German as a foreign language" in Berlin. It's a big challenge to teach a language like German. If one wants to learn a certain language, you need to enjoy it and should not be affraid of it. I like to listen to German music and am a member of a German speaking theatre group. My goal is to bring my German skills to a native speaker level and to become a great teacher."
