QoW: What’s the toughest word in German?

Ich heiße…, Ich bin…, these are two of the first sentences you might have learned in your language course. These two are easy compared to many other words not to mention the German grammer. Which word twists your tongue into a tight knot? Which sentence do you have a hard time with pronouncing? Do you have a favourite word? Have you ever stumbled upon the sentence “Ich möchte noch nicht schlafen” 
?
Enough food and drink sampling at Anuga? How about some German technology? Just outside Hall 8 of the fair, a mini Zeppelin was spotted hovering above our heads. One of my favourites was “Mundschleimhautentzündung”.
Not because of its meaning, of course. Just try to write it correctly in a class work

The longest German word verified to be actually in (albeit very limited) use is Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz.
[which, literally translated, breaks up into: Rind (cattle) - Fleisch (meat) - Etikettierung(s) (labelling) - Überwachung(s) (supervision) - Aufgaben (duties) - Übertragung(s) (assignment) - Gesetz (law), so "Beef labelling supervision duty assignment law".]
I think, we have a winner here. This is the German language.
You have to pronounce it to love it.

A recent word I involuntarily had alot of contact with recently is “Dissoziationskonstante”. It had a nagging tendency to come up quite unexpectedly rather often during my studying hours of inorganic chemistry.
